With the interface integrated in MS Outlook you can file your e-mails in GAIN Collaboration.
GAIN Collaboration can import emails from Outlook and then flag them with an entry. GAIN Collaboration attaches e-mail attachments to the e-mail entry as a side document.
Simple transfer of contact data
With this PDM interface, you can transfer your contacts from MS Outlook to GAIN Collaboration. In GAIN Collaboration, these can then be used as customer information and assigned to projects, for example.
Import multiple emails and contacts at the same time
You can also transfer multiple emails or contacts to GAIN Collaboration at the same time.
Duplicate check
Emails and contacts that you have already filed will not be filed a second time. GAIN Collaboration checks the status, no matter where an email comes from.
